Simple Ways to Get Rid of Acne

Nowadays our skin gets exposed to lots of dust particles and air pollution which can cause many skin diseases. Acne is a skin disease which is commonly known as pimples and spots. Acne affects more than 80% of teenagers during their adolescence.
The primary cause for this disease is the hormonal changes in the body. Acne mostly disappears after one reaches his or her twenties. But for some people it takes long time to disappear. Acne leaves scars in the face but the main problem is it affects psychologically. Some of it psychological effects are reduced confidence level reduced self esteem and depression. Here are some tips to control acne,
* Add variety of fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. Try to have at least one salad with your meal daily because many fruits contain mineral named selenium which can control acne.
* Try to have reduced stress level. By reducing stress we can control the secretion of stress hormone cortisol which can reduce the severity of the acne. You can opt for exercise and breathing exercises to reduce your stress level.
* Try to reduce intake of sugar and sweets because when the insulin level increases in your body, our skin can excrete more sebum which can increase the effects of acne.
* Many acne products and acne treatment are available nowadays to get rid of acne in very short period. These acne products contain effective antibiotics that can kill the bacteria responsible for acne.
* We have to be very careful while choosing an acne cream because some low quality products may contain harsh chemical that may affect your skin.
* Try to go for a walk every morning because sunlight can stimulate the creation of vitamin D in the body.
